04 · Every journey

Full-spectrum companionship

Some journeys ask for a quieter kind of presence.

And they deserve the same gentleness as any other. Whatever path you are on, we walk beside you — carefully, quietly.

For whom : For anyone going through a difficult or chosen life-renewal journey: pregnancy loss, abortion care, stillbirth, adoption, or end of life.
What is included
  • A steady, discreet presence, before and after
  • Support in making informed choices, at your own pace
  • A listening ear, without advice or judgment
  • Practical support around appointments and what follows
  • Care for the people close to you, too
  • Referrals to specialized professionals (grief support, counseling)
When : Whenever you need it — hours or weeks after, the door stays open.

Preparing your body

Gentle exercises to approach birth with more confidence

During prenatal sessions, your doula shows you simple techniques and practices them with you, so you can keep doing them at home. It's not about performance: it's about feeling more at ease in your body, with tools ready for the day itself.

Breathing & relaxation

Breathing slowly through a contraction, softening your shoulders and jaw, finding calm again when worry rises.

Movement & gentle stretches

Pelvic tilts, back and hip stretches, and birth ball exercises to ease the tensions of pregnancy.

Practicing together

Your partner learns massage, counter-pressure, and supportive positions, so they know what to do when the time comes.

We also practice
  • Labor positions: upright, on hands and knees, side-lying
  • Birth ball and rebozo
  • Visualization and grounding
  • Short routines to repeat at home

These exercises complement your doctor's or midwife's advice; they never replace it. For a high-risk pregnancy or prescribed bed rest, we adapt them with your care team's agreement — sometimes keeping to breathing and relaxation only.
